Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake is a private, non-profit organization that is dependent on the financial support of Baltimore metropolitan area contributors. We have our own governing board and raise our own funds, mostly from individuals, religious groups, businesses, schools, foundations and special events.  

When you make a gift to Habitat of the Chesapeake, your contribution also helps Habitat for Humanity International build homes for families all over the world. Each year, Habitat of the Chesapeake tithes to Habitat affiliates in developing countries from our unrestricted funds so your contribution can make an impact both here and around the world.
